Q. Why don’t you have prices listed on your website?
A. Because there are so many variables in pricing a custom order, we prefer to price orders on a case by case basis. When we price an order, certain variables may come into play that a customer may not be aware of. So, in order to ensure the most accurate and timely pricing, we prefer to speak with you on a one-on-one basis concerning the details of your order before pricing it. Contact us for more information.
Q. What is your minimum order?
A. For our in-house, custom embroidery, we have no minimum order quantity.
For our in-house, custom screen printing, our minimum order is 12 pieces.
For our promotional products and subcontracted embroidery and screen printing orders, minimum will vary depending on our vendor.

Q. What is the turn-around time for my order?
A. Turn around times can vary depending on the type of order, the complexity of the order, and our workload. Typically, we like to have 2 working weeks for our in-house embroidery and screen printing orders. However, we will work with you and do our best to get your order out in a rush if you need it. Production time could be extended if we are doing complex art or if there is a delay in proofing your art.
For orders that we contract out, including promotional products, production times vary depending on our vendor. 10 to 15 working days is typical, but can be longer depending on order type, vendor, and timely approval of any artwork. Contact us for more details.
Q. Can I bring in my own shirts?
A. At Creative Concepts, we have access to thousands of styles of shirts and other garments. We prefer to use our own garments for several reasons; one of which is that if an error does occur, we can replace the shirt much easier. However, if you do decide to supply your own garments, special pricing will apply. Also, please note that if you decide to supply your own garments, we cannot be responsible for any misprinting or mistakes in our production process. Your garments will be done at your own risk.
